SPARK platform for partners is designed for electric vehicle owners to list their cars to our platform. SPARK clients can travel with these cars for short or long-term trips. SPARK acts as the intermediary, handling the logistics, pricing, ensuring safety, and providing support to both hosts and clients. If a car is owned by SPARK platform partner, you will no be able use SPARK vouchers, SPARK Pro plan or SPARK for Business payment method to pay for that trip. Please choose another payment method.
In the short term part, the price of a SPARK trip is calculated based on the time spent using the car and the kilometers traveled during this time. There is a minimum 15 min charge applied at the start of the trip. The hourly rate is applied automatically by the sum of the minutes. Once the hourly rate is reached, the time charge does not increase for the rest of the hour. At the end of the trip, you will be charged for the hourly rate and kilometers traveled. If you exceed the hourly rate, regular minute and kilometer charges will apply till you reach the second hour, and the same till you reach the third hour. The daily rate is applied automatically by the sum of the minutes and kilometers traveled. Once the daily price is reached, time charge does not increase for the rest of the day. SPARK daily trip lasts 24 hours from the moment you unlock the electric car on the mobile app. At the end of the trip, you will be charged for the daily rate rate and kilometers traveled. In the long term part, SPARK trip offers include fixed price and payment in advance. The offer price is shown with the applied discount from regular daily price and includes free kilometers. Before starting the trip, select the offer and reserve the car. Payment for the offer will be charged once you unlock the car and start the trip.
