Stay protected from the unexpected with GoSafe
In the SPARK app, tap on the car you'll be driving.

3GoSafe is optional coverage you can activate or deactivate when reserving SPARK car. It protects you from unexpected costs: if the car is damaged in an accident during your trip, we cover the damage up to €3,000. If the damage exceeds this amount, an insurance excess applies in accordance with the Rules for the Use of Vehicles.
GoSafe can be turned on or off before reserving a car. Once a trip has started, you can neither enable nor disable the service. When GoSafe is turned on, it will automatically apply to future trips as well. GoSafe is not available for SPARK cars with different billing conditions (host cars).
GoSafe is charged at an hourly rate, up to a set daily cap — once the cap is reached, no further charges apply until the next day begins. Exact rates are shown in the SPARK app before you confirm your trip. A few important details: The hourly rate is charged for each hour started, regardless of how much of that hour you actually use. If you start a new trip and enable GoSafe again, the fee resets from the beginning. For long-term trips, the GoSafe fee is calculated and charged upfront for the entire trip.
GoSafe does not apply if an incident is non-insurable. Full details on such cases are set out in the Rules for the Use of Vehicles.
The most important thing is to document the circumstances of the incident immediately and notify SPARK customer support team, then follow the instructions provided. You are advised to submit all relevant documents and photos of the damage through the SPARK mobile app or another method convenient for you.
